When Should Classes Be Taken?
It is best to register so you will begin classes during your last trimester or shortly before (starting class around your 26th week is ideal). Classes taken earlier in your pregnancy will still be beneficial as you can practice good nutrition, exercises that will help in labor, and gain confidence in your ability to give birth.
Please Bring to Class:
- A pillow to help with relaxation practice
- Socks or slippers if you prefer (shoes will be left at door)
- A water bottle (drinking enough is important, so we will practice in class!)
- A pen and notepad
- Your Student Workbook (given out at Class #1)
Labor Support

I will only book one expectant mother per month, your month is secured after the Labor Support Contract is submitted and the non-refundable portion of the fee is paid.
